Vylla Home is a national brokerage that has been in business for over 20 years. It exists under the corporate umbrella of the Carrington Companies which also include Vylla Title, Carrington Mortgage Lending, a mortgage servicing company as well as other business. Vylla Home has brokerages in 40 States as well as Washington D.C.

In August of 2022 Dan Balassone negotiated the opening of a Vylla Home branch to serve the Hudson Valley. Dan has been in the real estate business since 2012 and is currently serving as the Associate Broker/manager for Vylla Home Hudson Valley. We have agents that live all over Dutchess County and work from Westchester County up to Albany County, New York.
