Monica Balassone

I have lived in the Hudson Valley all of my life, growing up in Orange County, working, and residing in Dutchess County for 23 years.
  In 2011 my husband Dan and I entered real estate as landlords and investors.  He decided to pursue his real estate license in 2015 and I followed suit in 2018.  Since that time I have worked closely with him learning to work with buyers and sellers. Whether renting, buying, or selling a home, clients deserve someone who is committed to meeting their real estate needs. I am a dedicated professional who believes honesty, integrity, and loyalty are important components to a client relationship.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding my horse, and enjoying what the Hudson Valley has to offer.
